Default Operator.plist & Appsupport/Caller-ID Matching fix for various operators (v1.1.2)

I am starting this thread to make things a bit easier for new users who upgraded to v1.1.2 and have problems with Phone.app/SMS.app crashing and CALLER-ID matching. I am posting files & instructions to fix the above problems. Files have to be tailored for specific operator/country. Feel free to add files for your local operators and I will try to sort the list:

EDIT: Added modified UIPhoneFormats.plist for Slovenia.

    29341 - Mobitel Slovenia - Vger
    29340 - Si.mobil Slovenia - Jest
    22801 - Swisscom Mobile Switzerland - iBos
    21901 - Tmobile Croatia - Sassha

Well, instead of compiling a list (there are several online already) people can use FieldTest.app to check their MCC-MNC. That's much more reliable, as some networks have more than one MNC. Been there and got a tee!

You are welcome to compile a list, but it will be more of trouble than help. Better to have a very simple how2 use FieldTest.app to retireve the correct information.

I am not trying to compile a list of MCC-MNCs! Read the post again. I thought it would be nice to post already modified and tested files, so I started with the operator I am on.

My bad. But it's not very clear, by looking at the link it looks like just the MCC-MNC.

What do you propose to be inside the file? The carrier specific plist and the associated patched AppSupport?

No, you don't need this. I-TIM (22201) is already in the phone.
