Default OOB 1.1.2 and AT&T sim

Noob here, I've tried search function but come up nothing. I have 2 quick questions:

1- I have oob with 112 bl 4.6. Downgraded to 111 and upgraded back to 112. Put my AT&T sim in and everything working rightnow. Went to installer to install NES game and now NES appeared on springboard. But when I tap on it said No Rom Found, please upload Roms to /var/root/media/roms/nes
What should I do to make it work?

2-What can I do to make all the contacts in my sim to work on my iphone? Right now, there's no contact at all.

    Thanks

1- You have to download NES ROMS and then put in folder /var/root/media/roms/nes
2-Go to Utilities (in Installer) and install SIMport.

    Do this:
Add these 2 to your Installer.app sources
Shai's Apps: ride4.org/shai.xml (Customize Addons) or
    Surge: iphonesurge.com/iphonesurge.xml

    Then:
and then going to scrolling down to the Sources Folder will give you the ability to add all the sources instead of typing them in manually.

When you add all sources and go back to the install section, there will actually be a folder for NES Games.

Installing that entire app/folder will give you a bunch of NES games
