Only ICCID off.."Repair needed. iPhone cannot make or receive calls."
Hello everyone... I would have a question. One morning I woke up and this message came on "Repair needed. iPhone cannot make or receive calls. www.apple.com/support". I did not use any magnetic case, or car charger or anything. This was showing on General->About
Wifi Address: N/A
Bluetooth: 00:00:00:00:00:00
IMEI:
ICC ID:
Modem Firmware:
Different than other relevant posts, after taking out the T-Mobile SIM and turn off and back on, I still get the message but this time only ICCID was empty. IMEI Bluetooth Modem Firmware came back.
The phone was 1.0.2 unlocked when i first purchased and i updated it to 1.1.4 about 2 years ago with iliberty with no problems whatsoever since then.
Does anyone know what it means no ICCID only? Would it help if i try to unlock jailbreak activate with iliberty the same way i did? or is this a what they call communication board problem which needs to be changed?
Thank you...

No ICCID could indicate that the SIM card is not properly seated. Make sure you have not bent/damaged the connectors inside the phone where the SIM card slides in.
No battery charging - needs to be troubleshooted - unlikely it is connected to the other problem unless you have a faulty mainboard and commboard.
