Jailbreakme coupled with rep.frenchiphone.com (for fixing international keyboard) and i.unlock.no (for fixing youtube and installing anysim) ARE GREAT!...

IF... you have a good internet conection.... IF you dont.. is a royal pain in the ass.... is spent almost one and a half hours for each iphone ive unlocked yesterday.... it takes hundreds of trys in order to be successfull.. specially in this lousy "BROADBAND" conections here in the middle of south america.... (128 kbps!)

so it will be great to have some form of offline jailbreak process automated.... (carnaval comes to mind) but easier and more automated than the current offline methods available....

anyway.. just dreaming a little...!

lamanodedios... es solo para activar el international keyboard para el firmware 1.1.1 desde la web sin usar una pc.. para eso es el repo de frenchiphone

lamanodedios the thing with the international keyboard is that in 1.1.1 is not enabled by default and you have to use the repo from frenchiphoen in order to enable it without a computer...

so now you can do everything from the web, jailbreak, unlock, fix youtube (mine was not working after jailbreakme.com, enable international keyboard!).. cool! if you have a fast conection...

only bsd subsystem download took me 40 minutes! what a pain!

So i can download BSD in less than 20 seconds.
It depends the day.

I had been Adding International Keyboard from Winscp.
Uploading the file.
I dont like to have many Uninstalls in Installer.

For fixing Youtube. NONO.
I use Carnval its the best one if u have a PC.

jailberakme.com was not working for me i dont know why.
I wont do a restore to use that its a waste of time.

Tetsu: You can always Mirror jailbreak.com in your own webserver and do the process easier and without worring if jailbreak.com will always be online.

Try wget -m http://jailbreakme.com -U "Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU like Mac OS X; en) AppleWebKit/420+ (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.0 Mobile/1A542a Safari/419.3"

Then copy the TIF file to your webserver and access it with your iphone.

This will do the trick.

i unlocked 3 1.1.1's yesterday with jailbreakme.com

i have 2MB broadband

and was trying countless times...

then took the AT&T simcard out and left it with NO sin card (once i reached the jailbreakme.com page in safari) and it worked on each phone on the first try

i dunno if that has anything to do with anything, but it saved me, i honestly did it on one phone about 20 times before removing the sim and it went through the whole process in about 10 secs.. i felt really silly LOL
