How come it says Fedex shipping 2 days, when they can email the solution ?

If this gguy has been in the business for years, there have to be something to it. Or he´s nearly bankrupt and needs som fast cash...

all of your concerns are valid and does not make it look good, more so when we are almost two month into 1.1.2 with no unlock insight yet, however, a few telephones and emails have been posted around, give them a call or write an email. Share your phone experience with them or any email response..if it true, it wil light up this thread, if it isn't, well no more words needed...!

I wouldn't let the Shipping put you off, its just a commercial Webshop interface that either has no function to turn off shipping or he forgot to do it. Either way its nothing major. However I still have my skpeticisms of course.
