    miketbo85,

Same thing happened to me with the first iphone i tried to unlock. The problem seems to be that it cannot be done if the windows operating system installed on your system is not in english (mine was in spanish) so i used my portable computer (windows xp english) worked perfectly.

    I used this guide:

    http://hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6637

And i highly recomend it, it's fast & easy, i have unlocked 4 phones so far with no issues.

    Thanks
