Same happened to me also- I never upgraded to 1.1.1 - It was always 1.0.2

    No Wi-Fi, no sound

Tried to restore- iTunes gave an error 1101-
But I could bring it back to life with iBrickr and activate it with PACAY

Tried this at least 10 time now- same result

Copied ICE03.14.08_G.fls, ICE03.14.08_G.eep, bbupdater, nor, minicom, minicom.DFL, lockdownd, iUnlock- all to /usr/bin

Installed Mobile terminal and issued command
    launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist

This went OK (I suppose ) no errors- the key board drag also went away
    Then issued command
    cd /usr/bin
    chmod +x bbupdater
    bbupdater -f *.fls -e *.eep
    This said Resetting target..attempt 1, 2...to 9 and then gave a message
Error: Baseband bootloader too old upgarde to 1.8 or better

    tried bbupdater -v
It said trying to ping baseband
    timeout baseband does not respond

In the current state I cannot connect to Wi-Fi, Can sync with Itunes but NO SOUND,
ANY HELP will be highly apprecaited- I am running out of options now
    Thanks

Hi it looks like u guys just forgot to start to commcenter.
You unloaded it first with the following command

    Code:
    launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist
Thats the state you are in now...
    CommCenter manges WiFi, Sound, vibrations,
So you need to start it again in order to get those processes run again.
Just type and every thing will go back to normal.

    Code:
    launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist
    enjoy!

Actually- don't you need to stop the CommCenter before executing bbupdater?
I tried the load command also- no change-
    Still same problem
