i have an iphone that shows no sim Card installed. I have already tried downgrade to 1.1.1 or 1.0.2 or 1.1.2 with Ziphone and Upgrade to 1.1.4 or any else but all the time it shows me no sim card installed.
What can i do? Can someone help me?

But there is one thing. I'm from germany an if i put my e-plus card inside in shows no sim. But if i put my T-Mobile card in side the no sim disappearance but i get no service!

sounds like the sim card to me. go to ur "e-plus" provider and get a new sim card

but i have 2 iphones! in the other one it works

Yesterday i put my T-Mobile Card in the iPhone and i get a signal and can make calls. But only with T-Mobile. That means the HW is ok.

And my E-Plus Simcard works in the other iPhone. That means my Card is ok too. So what can i do? i have allready erase the Baseband. Have downgrade to any FW but nothing helps.

... And there's a other thing. If put first my eplus card in the iphone the t-mobile card don´'t work. i must restart it that the T-mobile card works

can nobody help me??

Clean the SIM card with electrical contact cleaner (or another method that wont damage)

If that dont work, slip a piece of paper behind the SIM in the tray

I found that when i switched sim cards, sometimes it doesn't recognize the new card. I'll have to reboot with the new sim in the phone and it will detect. Same situation as yours I guess. However, if I put the phone into airplane mode before switching the simcard, usually it will detect the second card. it might work for you
