    Default No service v1.1.1

I got another iPhone (v1.1.1) that just don't find any network no matter what I try.

I upgraded, downgraded, virginized, revirginized, etc, etc.

    Phone just don't find network.

IMEI is correct (I already checked this)

    Any advice welcome!

    WBR,

    I'm having the same problem;
Also, trying to jailbreak via iBricker in 1.0.2 gives the infamous rolling text on black showing the boot sequence. Then it just dies with 'Bye!'.

What iTunes No. are you using?

I am guessing that there is something in iTunes 7.5 that's causing problems. I think Apple has programmed it to jam service.

    DevTeam members any ideas?

    7.5

Everything works, even unlock is good after virginize/restore/anySIM. But no signal.
Both these phones worked ok. They left anySIM on the springboard and I think they ran it.
    That must have done something.

I'll get back to 7.4 and try to downgrade to 1.0.2 and 3.9 then AnySim 1.0.2.

    ****** OK Fixed ******

    What I did:

    iTunes 7.4.0
    Restore to 1.0.2
    Then, with http://rapid_share.com/files/7003943...2_Complete.rar package;

    (see http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=15876 )
    Activate
    Install Installer.app
    Update Installer.app
    Add i.unlock.no to Installer sources
    (read more at http://iphone.unlock.no/ )

Usual Community Sources, BSD and OpenSSH

WinSCP the baseband files and downgrade to 3.14 via ssh ( I didn't use putty, but same thing)

Virginize 3.14 (the specific 1.0.2 virginizer) from Unlocking tools now available through i.unlock.no. This is maybe unnesseccary, but I thought it wouldn't hurt.
I did not restore to 1.0.2 although this is advised.

iBricker 0.8 (I used old version because I had the workflow set up)
Install pxl and install old! unlock-fast.pxl (the usual sources)

    Run unlock-fast

    That was it!

    iPhone back!

    Hope this helps.

See above, I would defenitely do the 3.14 / 1.0.2 virginizer too.
Let me know if the above helped you.

Personally, I would not upgrade to iTunes 7.5 until you decide to go to FW 1.1.2.

    I personally:

    - Never have had issues with iTunes 7.5 and 1.1.1.
    - Never have had issues with iTunes 7.5 and 1.1.2.

Rogers Wireless (Canada), week 39-41 phones unlocked with anySIM 1.2.1u.

I don't think this is an iTunes issues - what it sounds like to me is that you had 1.1.2 baseband with 1.1.1 firmware somehow. This is a pretty common issue - 1.0.2 will work (it has no baseband version check), but 1.1.1 will not.
