I followed the tutorial here: (I have an OTB UK iphone)

but got problem with step 2.6.
I visited http://jailbreakme.com, clicked the link at the bottom.
Then iphone is supposed to reboot in a few minutes. But I got nothing
It just stay there with the "activate iphone" screen....
What should I do?
Should I virginize it? How?

ok, it works after I manually reboot it twice. no idea...

It seems that my iphone is jailbroken, but why I don't see anything after I click the "Installer" icon? There should be some applications, e.g. OctoPrep, right?
It simply shows me a blank page for about half a mintue, then return to home...

Check your internet connection.

Sounds like you have a crappy WIFI connecion and something went wrong during the TIFF exploid, try restoring and start over again. I've used jailbreakme .com so many times, and everytime it works, i think i could do it in my sleep.... One advise, don't smoke any spliffs will trying to do this, that's the only time i screwed up, guess i just forgot a step.
