    Unhappy New iPhones come with 1.1.3 installed ?

    My friend bought a Iphone for mr from US ( i am in India)...The lady at the store opend a new box in front of him which had abt 200 phones and said this is the 1st 1.1.3 i am givin ????

    How can i know if its really 1.1.3 or 1.1.2...?

    Wat do i do now??

    Go to settings, general and look by version.

    its on the emergency call screen...not activated...cannot access springboard....

    You can check what firmware is preinstalled by going to the emergency call, entering *3001#12345#* then pressing "Call". Under Versions you will find what revision firmware is on the phone out of the box.

    that would jus give me the modem version and not the FW version rite???

    yeah that's right...it would be very nice if you'd have a newer version than 04.02.13_g
