Dont bother about this. theres no way a 1.1.3 is even out. Well atleast in INdia. Its flooded with 1.1.1 phones out there till date. Hardly any 1.1.2 unlocked. Theres no way a 1.1.3 would come to India out of all the places.

1.1.3 locked your *3001.... man? That's to say we have another trouble added to 3 locks of old(<=1.1.2) version...
Apple, will you lock touch screen with an iKey or whatever for a fifth, and maybe "Home" button should be locked too.
