If you put the 2.0 beta on your phone you CANNOT downgrade according to the DevTeam!
You will have to wait for pwned so you can either activate 2.0 or go back to 1.1.4 (if it lets you!).
Having said that it doesn't hurt to continue trying to restore just in case they are wrong and fibbing to discourage us upgrading yet!
But if you DFU restored and it is still stuck in restore mode its probably not going to work.
Having said that the most reliable software at booting iPhones out of restore mode seems to be Independence on MAC... maybe you should try that if possible!
But if you have no luck then you will have to wait for pwned whenever it is out this week!iPhone US 8GB

wow...im on the same boat. 04.05.01_G is NOT unlockable....i really hoping pwnage will comeout already and on windows so i can use my phone again. this sucks. i have a $400 ipod touch!

Wow im such an idiot i got all excited about the 2.0 leak, i downloaded and upgraded it, iPhone showd me a purple activation screen and then i tried useing ziphone 3.0 on it LOL, it booted up in verbose mode and the scripts begain looping and the iphone kept restarting, now im downgrading it to 1.1.4, will post the results in a while
