Need help with my OTB 1.1.1 iPhone

i bought a locked 1.1.1 iphone last night , once press power bottom ( AT&T sim card inside ), i been wait it for 3 mins to appear the EARTH Logo , and 1 sec pass, the iPhone become HANG ....
i try restore 1.1.1 and 1.0.2 firmware it still same issue...
any brother know how to fix it ?
the iphone is band new , never try unlock.

If the iPhone is new and you can easily reproduce the problem, I'd suggest restoring it using the restore mode (hold Power and Home, release Power after 10 seconds but keep holding Home, after 10 further seconds release Home as well).

Try to restore the iPhone in that mode.

If that doesn't work, try returning to the Apple Store to have it fixed or replaced.

i already restore 2 times to firmware (1.1.1) and it still keep freeze on starting , i can't do anything it keep freeze.... any idea to fix ?

i'm not in state.... so i can't back to ask for exchange =(
