So, my new iphone should arrive next week.

It has been ordered in apple.com and then my cousin will send it to me, I live in Portugal.

I'm about 100% sure it will bring the 1.1.1 firmware, whats the best method to downgrade it? Will the phone work?

I saw lots of different things in this forum, thats why i'm asking right now.

If you downgrade, it will only be a firmware downgrade, but no baseband. That means that you will have an iPod Touch.
