This is a lucky situation. You patched a county in AppSupport that has a set of CallerId matching rules that work for you. That is an exception, if you look at the rules used by many other countries.

So the advise is: the "proper" way is to use pntedit to fully patch AppSupport to prevent the Phone+SMS crash and fix callerid matching (the crash is due to a callerid problem, so that's why the two things are related).

Also, if you are looking for the old X digits patch for callerid in AppSupport, those days are gone. The new AppSupport required the pntedit approach.

Am I doing something wrong...im trying to run the pnedit file, when i open it a dos like window opens and closes right away...
Im in the dominican republic...DO/1-809 but i only put809 when hexed appsupport
Im running vista ultimate...
where exactly am i supposed to run pnedit.exe? dobble clicking it or on another program...please help.....
