Unhappy Messed up my iPhone trying to upgrade my OOTB 1.1.1 to 1.1.2: Options?

I'm not sure if this is what is referred to as bricking your iPhone but I tried upgrading mine from OOTB 1.1.1. to 1.1.2 using OktoPrep, official update thru iTunes, jailbreak 1.1.2 (windows.bat), replacing lockdown file, and then using anySim 1.1.2(u) and now I have a phone that only shows the Apple logo when I boot her up.

I know that there are experts here so I would like to ask you guys what my options are at this point? I had successfully upgraded my firmware to 04.02.13_G and 1.1.2 but when I applied AnySim 1.1.2u, it just hung on "upgrading firmware". It is since then that I have the apple logo going nowhere on reboot.

Is there anything I can do to complete 1.1.2 upgrade? If not, I wont mind. I'll be happy going back to my functional OOTB 1.1.1 (which I activated using jailbreakme.com and anySim1.1) and waiting for an easier way to upgrade...maybe from iPhone Dev Team.

So what should I do? And if its to roll back to 1.1.1, can someone please guide me thru the steps? Never had do to this before...

Thank you SO MUCH in advance,
    A

Unfortunately you'll have to go back to 1.1.1 via iTunes restore. Hold down sleep and home button until iTunes says it found an iPhone in restore mode, then use 1.1.1 to restore. Your phone will not work however as 1.1.1 is not compatible with the baseband from 1.1.2 which will not be replaced in the downgrade to 1.1.1. You'll then need to downgrade via the same procedure to 1.02 and then 'viriginise' the baseband. After this has been down successfully you can use independence or something else to prep your phone to upgrade from 1.02 to 1.11 and then re-upgrade to 1.1.1 once prepped. After all this you will have a 1.1.1 phone, and I recommend staying there until all bugs are sorted out, but if you're brave you can try to go to 1.1.2 again, though if it fucks up again you're going to spend an hour or two re-doing all the above procedures.
