interesting ...
what is "our GPRS" network ?. You have your own GPRS network?
you're dumping everything to 10.13.181.148 (ip1). What's on the other side of 10.0.0.172 ?.
when you ping, you did it from command prompt right? Is your wireless interface (en0) up?

our Service Provider's GPRS network.
>you're dumping everything to 10.13.181.148 (ip1). What's on the other side of 10.0.0.172 ?.
10.0.0.172 is a known address, a WAP proxy.
>when you ping, you did it from command prompt right? Is your wireless interface (en0) up?
yes, i have down the en0 interface.
when en0 interface is on. i add the network route: route add -net 10.0.0.0 10.13.181.148
BTW: my GPRS/EDGE can't work properly(always give me "Could not activate the EDGE"), so i want try the manual setup method.

can you run ifconfig and paste the info here (remove your MAC address if you want).
Also, when you run netstat -nr, what does the routing table look like ?
When you ping and get no reply, it is possible that ICMP reply is blocked for 10.0.0.172
