Legit Apple Unlock! Done And Happy!

I purchased an iPhone in Michigan (I live in Canada). The phone was originally an OOB 1.1.2 with a 4.6 bootloader. I didn't do anything to it (jailbreak, activate, etc.) and yesterday I decided to call Apple knowing that my scheme wouldn't work, but to my surprise it did. I explained to them that I purchased it in the states and that I'd be using the phone in France. Initially the tech support representative told me that they have some roaming feature or something. Then I told him that I was wondering the phone could somehow be unlocked to use my current sim card. He then transfered me to another rep, and they asked for my serial # and me IMEI. I gave that to them, and they asked to connect to my phone to iTunes when I decided to use it. Once I connected it, there was no activation screen as usual, and as of today I have a FIDO sim card in it and using the phone 100%. Fuckin' early x mas present that's for sure. Something so farfetched turned out to work. Lol! I'm happy! If anyone else tries this, report back and tell me if it worked for you!

I'll make a video soon enough to show my fully functional phone for the non believers. I just need a firewire card so I can put videos on my comp from my camcorder.

Dude as soon as I get a firewire card I'll make a vid. I can't transfer vids from my camcorder to my comp. I've tried via USB and failed, so I'm ganna get a firewire card and I'll make a vid.

Like I said, I'll do a vid soon enough. And I'd take a pic but it's IMPOSSIBLE to take a decent pic of the springboard. I'v tried several times now.

there is a screenshot program via Installer you can download and use on your phone.

Installer.app? If it's that I'd rather not. I don't really want to risk anything by installing any programs on it. I just want to use it with it's original functions. But like I told you, I'll make a vid.
