Which is the latest guide for unlocking
I am getting a locked phone from USA in next 3-4 days. I am in GK-II New Delhi. Can someone help me in unlocking the phone.
Please provide me links to the latest for unlocking and loading third party applications. I have searched a lot, there is lot of material and can't decide which version should be used. I have patience but am a layman, and would prefer to have least of commands to unlock.
How I start if the it comes with firmware 1.1.2.
And how to start if it comes with firmware 1.1.1
Do I have to use both jailbreak and anysimv1.1.
Whether the guide given at page 1 of http://hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=15567 is the latest or there is some better way.
I heard that SMS forward does not work : is there any solution
I also read that bluetooth is only for headset, I am using Vodafone Mobile connect service for my laptop through bluetooth dial up using nokia phone as modem. Will it work with iphone too and what is the solution.
Can I do it all by myself without much knowledge of Mac software.
Okay, I'm not sure whether I can help or not but,
1. All you can do is to make your little iPhone into a iPod touch IF it comes with the firmware 1.1.2.
2. I'm quite sure if you were to buy a iPhone now, it would be loaded with the new bootloader. So you can do anything to it ( JAILBREAK ) but not what a phone can do.
use that as a reference, then use the SEARCH button to find everything from there
i like this guide..
and currently this is the ONLY way to get a 1.1.2 iPhone with 4.6 bootloader to make calls...otherwise you have to wait till the dev teams finds a work around to the secPack problem
