I've bought a new iPhone that is unlocked and with the 1.1.3 version installed, but it doesn't have the Portuguese features on it (Region format and keyboard), and also it doesn't identify the numbers of my list.

Could anyone help me with this?????

Have you been listening to headphones? If so, plug them in and back out again. Should have sound now

Ou então:
It's Pretty simple. Go to Settings -> General -> Reset and choose Reset All Settings. It will reset all your settings to its original state and NO HARM is done to your contacts, calendars, photos or any other data on the phone.
