    is there a way how to find out if the 04.02.13_G is out from a box (NEW) or baseband upgrade,

    I googled your question and found loads of replies

    To summarise....

    Downgrade your iphone to 1.1.1 and install BSD Subsysyem and an ssh server

    ssh to your Iphone

    and type

    bbupdater -v

    This should tell you your current BB version.

    Note that bbupdater isn't on the iPhone by default so you'd need to copy it there first.

    Having said that, yeah - Google.
