bren the 1015 error isnt really an error. your phone is fine..
all it is saying is that whatever version your phone is restored/upgraded to, the baseband doesnt match.. given what youve said, your gunlock messed up your phone, so you should of upgraded to 1.1.3, wich would give you 1.1.3 baseband. wich means, with a 1.1.2/3 OTB you can downgrade the baseband, so when you downgraded to 1.1.1 to j.b it should of still given you error 1015 (beacause your dont have the 1.1.1 BB)
so now just j.b your 1.1.2 iphone, run the iclarifed unlock, then run "the official dev team 1.1.3 softupgrade" dont run the iclarified one.. also after your unlock in 1.1.2, your phone wont work. dont worry as soon as you softupgrade to 1.1.3 it will be fine..

Thanks
I did the whole process though windows and it seems to work, (well so far) think the problem was somthing to do with jailbreak.jar file on a mac. The windows bat jail break worked.
I'm currently upgrading to 1.1.3 and plan to unlock after.

So, I'm at 1.1.3 trying to unlock.
Installer just boots me to home screen when i try to install the 1.1.3 unlock. I figure this could be something to do with disk space. But i can't install anything, not even boss tool.
The 1.1.3 update lost my ssh so i was thinking i was screwed.
But wait...
I reinstalled my subsystem, (which worked) then managed to install boos tool after that. This gave me the ability to make space for the unlock install.
Unlocked
