The problem : You should restart your computer before going update.Anyways if you get an error,
---SOLUTİON---
-When you got an error while finishing update.Click OK.
-Open iBrick click BOOT the phone.
-You are now at the emergency screen.
-Open 1.1.2 jailbreak archive and click the jailbreak button. Now close itunes.
THATS it.You got an error but you dont need to restore again.
GOOD LUCK

Use iNdependence if you have a Mac in place of iBricker to get the phone to boot correctly so you don't get the 1015 error.
You need to ensure iTunes is not running when you use iNdependence.
I used this tutorial to get mine to work with 1.1.2 with no problems
Good luck.

Thanks
I run independence after i get the 1015 error, which loads up the emergency screen, then when i run the jail break downloaded form iClarified i get this message 'This utility can only be used if you have run OktoPrep before updating to 1.1.2"
I did install OktoPrep!!!!!!!!

What I'm looking at now is a screen with the emergency slider, the iTunes logo with the cable in the background.
When i slide the slider i get the keypad, when i try the 301 part i get an error.

I am on the same boat...
HISTORY:
1. 1.1.2 OTB software unlock on VT100 without turning on Airplane mode
2. Get Repair needed
3. Restore to 1.1.3 to fix no IMEI
4. Downgrade to 1.1.1 with success
5. Upgrade back to 1.1.2 ended with 1015 error
Now I am installing iTunes 7.5 on a fresh WIN XP to perform 1.1.2 upgrade, I will post my result if there is one.
SOLUTION COMES HERE:
1. When you see 1015 error, just ignore, close iTunes
2. Use ibrickr.exe to "boot iPhone"
3. You will enter 1.1.2 emergence
4. Use 1.1.2-jailbreak "windows.bat" to "jailbreak"
Now you have a totally worked 1.1.2 jailbreaked iPhone.
BTW: I then use AutoGUnlock from brazil to unlock, first result shows: No service, then I use the bricktool under SSH to unbrick the phone function. Now everything works perfect.
Hope you will succeed soon.
Just follow my solution, 1015 will be solved. Good luck to you!
