Hi all,

i have connection timeout using WINSCP.

I have installated BSD SubSystem and OpenSSH on Iphone
I have installed the last WINSCP app available
I have set hostname with the IP address of the Iphone
I have set root / alpine as username and password
I'm using Win XP.

Without find any solution thru the threads I tried to use i-brickr,
creating the folder anySIM.app under root/applications and copying in
all the files.

I restart the iphone, anysim app is showed in the springboard but
simply it doesn't work probably becouse with i-brickr i can't access in
the properties and add execution flags.

I'm asking if someone is so nice to help me with WINSCP or
in alternative if someone can indicate me an other app for
install anysim 1.1.2 correctly on my iphone

install vt100 terminal on the phone.
run it
cd /Application
cd anySIM
chmod 755 anySIM.

regarding winscp, there is a protocol mode that you can change. By default it's sftp, change it to the other and try again.

by the way, it's anySIM 1.2.1 or 1.2.1u and not 1.1.2

Hi dtube,
with the chmod command anySIM 1.2.1u let me "slide for unlock" but after the slide the screen became dark.

regarding winscp, i have tried all 3 protocols but timeout error will always happen :-(

If u have other solutions thx again :-)

ok,
problem solved.

after chmod and "slide for unlock"
the screen became black but u can start anyway
tapping at the end of the scroll where is supposed
to see the btton.
