Default [iTunes] Why 7.6 can't upload some pics?

I am trying to figure out why iTunes7.6 can't upload some JPEG format file to my iphone(OTB 1.1.2 -> Dev 1.1.3 JB). some pics can't be uploaded, some pics can be uploaded. all these pics have been taken by myself with same post-processing. I dont think this is about filename or file size issue. Could anyone can help me out? thanks!

It's nothing to do with file's size because iTunes can upload same size or even bigger size file into iphone.

Are you running on Windows Vista?

I had the same problem with my Vista computer and an older version of iTunes.

After I did some research, it turned out to be some incompatibility with the HDD file system... NTFS!

So I solved my problem by putting the images on a memory card or a USB flash drive with FAT file system and made iTunes sync from there.

I only had this issue due to the Vista+NTFS combo, with XP+NTFS combo it works perfectly alright.

my operating system is xp sp2 with NTFS , but my iphone is running 1.1.3 fireware(Dev 1.1.3). and I did a little test, I sync pics on my FAT file system CF card disk with iTunes7.6, nothing worked. the pics which can't be uploaded into iphone still can't be uploaded.
