Default [iTunes][Solved] Restoring due to "Untitled Playlist" iPhone's name Problem

It's been smooth sailing since I jailbreaked(broke?) and unlocked my phone. I'm using tmobile in the US which doesn't really pertain to this situation. So I've had no problems doing anything, syncing, installing app's its been great. Recently, I plugged my phone into my computer, and itunes showed it's name as "untitled playlist".. so I went ahead and changed it back to Chewby Phone. Then I looked at the bar underneath that show the disk space usage, and it says I'm using 150 mb's for photos, and 4.81 gigs for "other", no videos, no music, and 2.32 gigs free. I tried syncing my phone after adding one song and it told me I have no space left to sync my music to it, because I think its trying to sync all my music back on, as it says I have no music. It's still on the phone.. I can play any of it. Anyway enough of that, I searched the forums, someone had the same problem I found, but no one posted a solution. If anyone has one, I'm open to trying it. Otherwise, I posted here asking what the best way to go about restoring would be. My phone was originally 1.1.2 OTB, unlocked, then upgraded to 1.1.3. I don't exactly remember how I unlocked, I got the link from here, it was right when the software unlock was released, maybe iClarified or something. I had to add stuff to my installer, then it unlocked. When I updated to 1.1.3, I did it through the installer, and it did everything for me. I'll read off what bbinfo says... Modem Firmware is 04.03.13_G bootloader is 4.6_M3S2 Anyway I probably much more info than is needed. Should I just update to 1.1.4 instead of just restoring 1.1.3?

Just put your phone in DFU mode and restore to 1.1.4 using itunes, after that use iliberty to jailbreak, activate and unlock,

    very easy, very fast

Alright sounds good, only questions is should I check the downgrade bootloader box, and should I also install Cydia?
