VERY IMPORTANT. THIS SOLUTION IS NOT FOR NOOBS!!! YOU CAN EASIELY BRICK YOUR PHONE IF YOU DONT NOW WHAT YOU DO!!!!!

Thats what i did.

1. Activated and Jailbraked 1.1.1 with the new Independece.

2. Installed ssh and went to Settings -> General ->Auto-Lock -> Never !!!!! This is important.

3. Installed "Terminal.app" over SSH. Without this app it wont work

4. Installed anySIM over SSH. Set permission to 777 (Used "Fugu")

5. Put ICE03.14.08_G.eep, ICE03.14.08_G.fls, the newest ieraser, secpack of 1.1.1 and bbupdater to /usr/local/bin/ (you have to create this directory). Set for all files permission 777

6. Now i started an Terminal on my mac, ssh into my iphone.

7. then stop CommCenter by typing:
launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist

8. then went to directory /Applications/Terminal.app/

9. now typed "Terminal" to start the Terminal Application on the iphone

10. Now everything is done on the iPhone Terminal. I went to /usr/local/bin/

11. Then typed "ieraser", the process started.

12. when its finished i typed bbupdater -e ICE03.14.08_G.eep -f ICE03.14.08_G.fls
this will reflash the bb to 03.14.08.

13. When that`s done you can type bbupdater -v to see if it has worked. should say
bbversion 03.14.08

14. now move to /Applications/anySIM.app/

15. type "anySIM". now anySIM should start. Start the unlock process (you cant see
the red ok button. but it`s there. just push it).

16. When its finished you can close the terminal by typing exit. Now you should get an
Signal, your carrier name will not be displayed, only the signal bars. Wifi should
work as well. Now you can connect to itunes again and sync.

IF YOU RESTART YOUR PHONE THE "PHONE OPTION" WONT WORK ANYMORE. SO DONT RESTART IT.

The case why you cant restart is the lockdown file. There isn`t any patched version for
1.1.1 yet.

With my phone everything works fine call in/out sms in/out EDGE Wifi. Still no voicemail notification. Its T-Mobile Germany.

Made a little mistake at point 2. fixed it. you have to set autolock on never. because of anysim!!!

this means when the battery is empty, the phone wont work anymore?

iphonemuc, I did the same thing, BUT, I restarted after AnySim unlock. When turning phone ON I was on Activation screen , but phone function still worked,i was actually able to place any call with emergency keypad Then I repeat activation for Windows--http://iphone.fiveforty.net/wiki/index.php/Jailbreak_1.1.1--
Now iPhone is activated,and unlocked, BUT its NOT Jailbreaked, and I cant sync with iTunes! What about you?

never restart your phone....thats a tall order....

did you do anything with the lockdown file? i didn`t reboot after anysim. i tried it but then there was no carrier connected. if you change the lockdown file with the cracked one from 1.0.2 you can make calls but itunes dont rcognize your phone. so dont reboot

I did what it say in activation process..

"4. Important: Back up lockdownd (/usr/libexec/lockdownd) and put it somewhere safe (note that this is the 1.1.1's lockdownd). Upload the original 1.0.2 lockdownd file to /usr/libexec, then open up a SSH commandline window and type

killall lockdownd

NOTE: You will need the ORIGINAL lockdownd file from 1.0.2, not the one patched by PACAY if you activated your 1.0.2 iPhone with it. You can download the original lockdownd from http://www.gofilego.com/download/c73...8ec54115443e15

5. Run the .exe file you've generated from ookoo.org. This will activate your phone! (does not matter which SIM, if any, is in the tray)

6. Upload the 1.1.1's lockdownd which you've backed up to /usr/libexec "

btw SSH is working!

Thats different from my way. so that you cant sync is because you changed the lockdown files.
