I found a way to make a new Restore( hold Home Button, when connecting the USB Cable ).
So I was able to do a new Restore. iTunes told me, that the Restore was successfull, but the iPhone keeps restarting...

Welcome to the "Club". A friend of mine seems to have the same problem, there is a thread regarding this in the GENERAL section of the iPhone forum (dudes, this is the UNLOCK forum!). Here's the link: http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=15095
I still can't figure out what is wrong, this is very very strange. No method seems to work, maybe opening up the iPhone and disconnecting the battery for a while may help as a last possible solution. Weird problem.

READING helps. Have you checked out the link I posted? This has been already done a couple of times. I appreciate any help I can get for my friend but seriously, this advice was great. :p I'm not an iPhone Moderator over here because I don't have a clue about this stuff, so please raise the help attempts to a different level, otherwise it is useless. Thanks.
