I have been searching for a few days this Forum but I didn't get a solution to get my iPhone ready.


As you read I got a new iPhone from the US. Week 47, OOTB 1.1.2 [04.02.13_G], ...

In a few posts I read that it isn't possible to downgrade such an iPohne.

I also tried iDemocracy but nothing happens.

Jailbreak doesn't work because of the fixed tiff-xploit, I just get an ? when I open jailbreak.com.


So please tell me now, is there a way to ACTiVATE and JAiLBREAK this phone to use it just as an iPod Touch until an Unlock-Tool gets released?

You didn't search very hard.

Look for the guide to downgrade to 1.1.1 then upgrade/jailbreak 1.1.2

That'll activate it. Then it just a matter of waiting till/if an unlock arrives

Obviously you didnt search well/enough.
There are alot of guides explaining how to jailbreak and activate an otb 1.1.2 iphone. The only thing that we're waiting is to unlock the iPhone.

c'mon mate... there must be about a billion f***** threads dealing with your request just in this forum. it's not that bad to use the search function. you will see how quick you can find answers and doing so you'll learn a whole bunch of useful things. i'm serious about that.

Warum denkst du gibt es 1000 Howto's die diese Methode verwenden?
Weil alle beim Ausführen des Tiff-Exploits auf 1.1.1 aufgeben, ihren Acc löschen und ihr iPhone in die Tone kloppen?
