About LinkBacksI know this has probably been asked about 500 times so i apologize in advance, but i have a friend that can hack the iphone and he has a hacked one and i want one so i was wondering what version i need to buy? I live in Australia if that has any relevence at all. If you need to know anything else just tell me.

You don't want an out of the box 1.1.2 iPhone if you are planning on unlocking. Make sure it was produced before week 45:
