I just attempted to unlock my iphone, and received an error message while issuing the commands in minicom (I chose not to use anySIM, but do it manually instead).

My iphone is now unlocked and working on T-Mobile and Sprint, but the unlock is not restore-proof (restoring from 1.0.2 to 1.0.2, not 1.1.1).

Is it safe to restore my iphone and try again, or is there a hard limit to the number of times you can lock/unlock the iphone???
