Default Iphone Keep Rebooting Showing Command Codes on the Screen and The Apple Logo

I got a refurbished iphone from the apple store, week 45 but it had a 3.9 bootloader. So i decided to unlock it. I ran the baseband downgrader from i.unlock.no. It frooze half way thru it. Then i got the no imei, no wifi error. I ran ibrickr it said my phone was fine and had to be downgraded with itunes. I tunes gave me an error saying this iphone iphone could not be restored. Then I unplugged it and tried to put it in dfu mood. THEN it start rebooting its self. Would stay in the apple logo for about 30 seconds and then run a bunch of command on the screen, then shut of and keep doing the same thing again and again. It's done that till the battery died. I keep trying to connect it back to itunes or ibricker but they both dont recognise it. Is there anything i can do? Sorry if i havent made myself very clear.
