iPhone info on iTunes
Wandering over iTunes, i just noticed you can click on some texts under Summary page and change displayed info. IE, by clicking on Software Version, it changes to Build Version. And Phone Number goes to IMEI and ICCID.
All but my Phone Number are displayed in there. I don't know if Phone Number is displayed for those which unlocked their phones using AnySIM/IPSF/whatever, and thats what i would like to know. For me, using a TurboSIM, i have no phone number reported.
Anyone?

I have an unlocked iphone and my phone number isn't displayed either. Maybe only people who activated their phone with AT&T can see the phone number.

I have got two vodafone connection and phone number gets displayed with one of the sim. So, i think it depends on network or sim. When using the sim which is detected by itunes, in contact list on phone above all entries, the phone number is listed.

I've had iTunes both display and not display my phone number, but I haven't paid close enough attention to figure out why. Most recently, I noticed my IPSF-unlocked phone did not have its number showing in iTunes before I upgraded from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2, but after my upgrade, my phone number now shows up.

The phone number displayed in iTunes is stored in your SIM card. If you want to fix it, try this. http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=13679

As pointed out, the number is stored in the SIM card. It will depend on your prevoious phone (some have the ability to add it, some don't).
the iPhone will add the number when you activate on a "official" network through iTunes.
If your SIM card does not have the "own number" set, you can use the how-to in this thread to do it.
