I have a 1.1.2 OTB. After Dev 1.1.3 Soft Update through the Installer, the phone's working fine, but the Installer, SSH... basically all the 3.app. are missing.
How do I get the Installer back? Or I have to restore the phone to 1.1.2 and start all over again...

Since you are trying to get 1.1.3

Put phone in DFU
Restore to 1.1.3
Use ziphone to activate/jailbreak/unlock

the soft update is not considered as a true "1.1.3". It's time to move on .
