    Default iNdependence - can't upgrade from 1.0.2 to 1.1.1 in itunes

    Been using iNdependence and AnySim to unlock OTB 1.1.1 iphones with no problem however:

    One of the steps in iNdependence is to upgrade to 1.1.1 through iTunes. Since the 1.1.2 firmware has been released my iTunes has recently recognized the update - which means I cant update to 1.1.1 anymore through iTunes.

    I've tried holding down the option key on the update button and pointing it to the 1.1.1 .ipsw file however nothing happens.

    Has anybody got any ideas how I can sort this out?

    I also tried the restore button in itunes also - however it didn't like my 1.1.1 package.

    Anyone got any ideas?

    Just tried archiving the 1.1.1 .ipsw update again and itunes took it like a dream.

    how have you done the upgrade to 1.1.1 with iTunes exactly???
