Default INCORRECT SIM, No Signal Bars

i have been trying to work out why i am having this problem, i have even gone back to 1.1.2 with 4.02.13 and even my turbosim does not work

i have checked the simstate in minicom and got the following

    AT+XSIMSTATE=1
    +XSIM: 2

    +XLOCK: "PN",3,4,"PU",5,4,"PP",5,4,"PC",5,4,"PS",5,4

    what does this mean??

    can anyone help

i have tried using gunlock to unlock be this does not see to work either

    someone please help!!

It has happened to me too... assuming that you have a 1.1.2 OTB, try this:

    - Shift restore to 1.1.1 and JB and check that your ICCD and IMEI are correct
    - Update to 1.1.2
    - Restore 1.1.2
    - Restore 1.1.1 & JB
    - unlock with new BL method and oktoprep if necessary (Jb & activation with i.unlock.no should not need oktoprep)
    - Activate 1.1.2

    Let me know.

    Good Luck!

also is there a way with a 4.6BL to erase the baseband and start from scratch? would that remove the simlock state??

Same happened to me on my oob 1.1.3.

It showed incorrect sim message after the 1.1.1 downgrade; then no signal after jailbreak and 1.1.2 upgrade.

The fix for me was to do a full restore to 1.1.3, then:

    Downgrage to 1.1.1
Downgrade again to 1.1.1 (yes, again)
I booted from DFU with iNdependence
    Jailbroke it
    Unlocked with Gunlock
    Octoprep
    Update to 1.1.2

    My T-Mob sim now works!!

Now I'm trying to update to 1.1.3. Sure is taking a long time...

If I'm currently at 04-02-13 firmware should i hardware downgrade to bootloader 3.9 then virginise - would this sort out my issue?

Or can I virginise on bootloader 4.6?
