Default Incorrect SIM Insert an unlocked and valid sim to activate Iphone

I have an OTB 1.1.2 iphone. while downgrading the the baseband, I freaked and turned off iphone. so I ended up with nowifi , no bluetooth etc.

I upgraded iphone to 1.1.3. Everyhting came back to normal, to jailbreak the iphone I restored to 1.1.1, but the following error message appeared on the screen.
    Incorrect Sim
Insert an unlocked and valid Sim to activate iPhone.

I had to restore twice to 1.1.1 in order to get out of the dfu mode using ibricker. During jailbreaking process when I dialed *#307# then deleted and typed 0 to dial, the icoming call number was also 0 not 1. But I finished jailbreaking 1.1.1,

    With incorrect sim message.

I installed oktoprep from tweaks 1.1.1 and restored to 1.1.2 but my restore did not work. At the and of the restore it gives 1015 error message normally it should not do that...

I was trying to find a way to fix this sim error message, I could not find anything so far, desperately looking for help...

    Thanks in advance

I think what you've experienced is normal since you've update to 1.1.3 and 4.03 baseband. You just have not gone far enough.

    You should try this http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=28481
