Default Incorrect SIM error and IMEI is 0049XXX

Can someone tell me how to fix my error here?

Incorrect SIM and incorrect sim error 0049XXX

This iPhone must be used with an approved SIM

I tried downgrading to both 1.0.2 and 1.1.1 virginized and nothing worked.

    My iphone is otb 1.0.2.

What's the bootloader? If it is 4.6 there is nothing you can do at this time, aside from enjoying your ipod or buying a turbosim or one of the other hardware solutions (stealth, etc..)

It happened to mine too. Is there anyway that can change IEMI number?? It won't work even with my activated AT&T SIM.

Also, you may want to check out this reverginze method. There're some parts that let us type our own IEMI number. Let me know if this works for you. I kinda little confuse since i only use terminal on iPhone to type all the script.

You can reactivate by uploading the lockdownd activation file again to folder /usr/libexec/ on your iPhone.

For 1.1.2 you can get the lockdownd here:

    http://www.ifoneguide.com/downloads/lockdownd 1.1.2.zip

Make sure you set the permissions to 0555.
Restart the iPhone after the upload.
