    Default Updater bug?

I let iLiberty (Windows) download its update, and it tried to install it and failed with an error message because it couldn't patch the executable (iLiberty.exe). This was to be expected, as the executable was still running. I quit iLiberty and started the patcher, and it worked fine. But it's not the right behaviour: the patcher should kill the program before trying to patch it. Is this a bug or did something go wrong on my system?

By the way, I like the update. The easy payload download is great (didn't work for Cydia, but did for other payloads).

Installing Cydia programs on a phone that has no internet connection: read this.

Editing binary .plist, .strings, .nib and .xib files:
    * on your computer: Windows tool / conversion website.
    * on your iPhone: convert those files in a terminal with plutil (installed with Erica Utilities) or edit them with iFile (Cydia links).

    I have few little questions.

First: I'm using an US iPhone in Germany. Do i need the International payloads?

Second: How is iLiberty unlocking the Baseband from 1.1.4? Is it using something like Anysim? So do i need to virginize it, before flashing to future firmwares like e.g. 1.2?
I'm asking, because i'm a little bit confused about that.

    Sorry for my bad english.

I also had this problem but what I did was close the main Iliberty+ window while updating, it was able to update after that.

Default 1.1.3 OTB restored 1.1.4 Not saving settings.

I have this problem about settings not being saved after using ILiberty+. Summerboard settings can not be saved and reverts to default and likewise custom settings with weather app cannot be saved as it also reverts to default settings. Any solutions or fix is highly appreciated. Big Thanks in advance.

Yikes, that's why my summerboard didn't work. Just tried weather.app and same story. Hope that this gets fixed quick 'cause I'm gonna need to restore my phone again before I fill it up with apps again. Maybe PWNED will be out in time for me to just use that.
    Peace,

    Dok

Vigilantes and others with new settings not being saved, check out how I solved it. There may be an easier way, but anyway... Posted in another thread about this: http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/show...09&postcount=3

I have restored a 1.1.2 OOTB phone to 1.1.4. I have also unlocked it using iLiberty, but I forgot to add intl payload. How do I add it now?
