hi there!

i have a 1.1.1 iPhone (jailbreaked and unlocked with independence an AnySim1.1)...is it possible to use iJailBreak 0.5.3 now with the following steps:

restore iPhone to 1.1.3 with iTunes
close iTunes
run iJailBreak (for jailbreak and unlock)

would this work????

please help!

just update with itunes. then use ijailbreak. very easy.

yup. Just use iTunes to get yourself to 1.1.3 then quit iTunes, run ijailbreak, press one button and sit back and enjoy.

3 minutes later you will have an activated, jailbroken and fully unlocked iPhone with installer sitting waiting for you.

Works a treat. The ONLY solution you need if youre a mac user.

QUESTION: I'd like to RESTORE (starting the whole thing fresh) my iphone to 1.1.3 in iTunes, then use this app. Must I still do an UNLOCK or just a JAILBREAK? I have an OTB 1.1.2 that's unlocked by GeoHot's method.
