that is a question of certificate files on the iPhone not att network!

if your youtube is working, then yahoo mail is working too.

but i found an interconnection between yahoo mail and network:
if yahoo account is active i get an error from network carrier in settings
if the account is off after restart the error is gone and all is fine.
i tryed this allready many times!

I am on T-Mobile and $5.99 T-Zones plan and haven't been able to make it happen yet. No luck with my 2 yahoo accounts so far. No push, nothing.

can you choose an other carrier in settings, while yahoo is active?
is it an yahoo.com or yahoo.de account?

Can you tell me how you set it up?
    Also
    1) Does your push work when you are on EDGE?
    2) By push do you mean you get notified while your phone is locked? (I find that whenever I unlock the phone the email appears, but that is not push I dont think)

Actually anyone on ATT can comment on the push feature? Is it suppose to work while your phone is locked?

If you got YouTube working on your unlocked iPhone, then you should have no problem getting Yahoo! push email to work. Yahoo! push email does not work as consistently as it should though. Sometimes, i don't get a new email notification until several hours later after receiving the email.

I am on T-Mobile (USA) and on the $19.99 internet plan with unlimited data and T-Mobile Hotspots. My Yahoo! email account is with the yahoo.com domain and it's the free Yahoo! email account. I used the "Y!MAIL" icon on the Mail set up menu to set up my Yahoo! email account. The push email appears to work in both EDGE and WIFI.
