Thumbs down I think I un-unlocked my iPhone on accident. What do I do

What do I do? I tried to go from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3 with the Dev Teams update via Installer. Then when it came back on after installation, I have what appears to be a 1.1.3 firmware but the carrier name in the top left corner is still changed to what I had via MIM.

I restored it to 1.1.1 (or at least tried to via https://www.google.com/analytics/rep...9&scid=3471317)

When I got to the point where I had to open iBricker, the screen turned Red like it was supposed to and then rebooted to the activation screen. I now have a message saying "Incorrect SIM Insert an unlocked and calid SIM to activate iPhone"

I have visited an AT&T store and got a new SIM card, but when I try to reactivate it, I get the same error and iTunes says:

    "Waiting for iPhone..."

"The iPhone "iPhone" cannot be used with iTunes because the SIM card is not installed. You must insertyour SIM card into your iPhone in order to activate it."

WHAT DO I DO? Please help.

upgrade to 1.1.2, i think you should be fine then. It looks like you have 1.1.2's baseband, which will not work on a lower version of firmware.

It does not make sense you got that message UNLESS the baseband is updated. In your case you had a working phone , UNlocked, running 1.1.2 right?.
Doing a 1.1.3 soft update does not update your baseband.

Was the phone 1.1.1 when you bought it and then you upgraded to 1.1.2 ?

slide the slider - type in *3001#12345#*. Report what you see there

I can't really do that. I tried putting a new SIM in there that I just got from an AT&T store. I tried to restore it and now I have in this order. A black screen. A Black screen with yellow triangle win ! in the center. Then the previous screen with a blue background. Then the Black screen with a silver Apple logo. Then a black screen with tons of white text scrolling through the page. This is an endless loop.

I can't get iBricker to do anything with it. All it will do is continue to do this endless loop. When I can get iBricker to do anything it gives me the green screen saying that it needs to be restored in iTunes. iTunes then restores is and leaves me with an error saying that I have the invalid SIM card

I am getting to the point where I just want to go buy a new one and hope to get a 1.1.2 firmware one so I can jailbreak it and start over

Ok. I was able to use iTunes to at least get the iPhone to the activation screen. I still have the message saying:
"Incorrect SIM Insert an unlocked and calid SIM to activate iPhone"

dtube~ the week is 30. it was a purchased as a 1.0.2 FW. then updated to 1.1.1 and then 1.1.2. never unlocked only jailbroken. As for the field test. I have the Network, Cell Info, GPRS Info, PDP Info, Call Info and Versions. none of which all my to do anything. it is like the screen is frozen with the exception of the refresh button.
