Ok, from what I've seen, this happens when the jailbreak goes wrong.
One last thing that comes to my mind right now, is to use the 1.1.2 downgrade pack - don't be scared by the name...

If you run the wInstallerGUI from that package, it has a button called "return to jail" - maybe that works. Then try iTunes again.

Can you download iBrickr V 0.91 ? and try it .

Oh, and besides that: There's a new version of iBrickr out there - 0.91 give that one a try, too (http://ibrickr.com/downloads/ibrickr_v0.91.zip)

im thinking its a hardware problem more than a software problem. something is wrong with your computer.

try all the steps youve tried on a different computer. ive seen similar errors when i used my desktop PC, but when i went to my laptop, everything went smoothly.

Yeah I've tried the new verion too and same problem.

Screw this nothing will work! This is getting fried and refunded.
