    Default I bought an iPhone with old firmware from Apple online store

    Just FYI:
    I ordered it online last Thur and it came in this Monday. I unlocked it and am using just fine. FedEx tracking showed that it came from Apple factory/warehouse in China.

    does anyone knows how to return the iphone bought from online store. i tried to click the return item button but it says mine is ineligible for return.

    do u guys have the same return problem?

    take it to an apple shop for return, or ring apple and they will organise it
