    just got my iphone today. Can anyone tell me how to unlock my iphone with version 4.03.13_G ?

    so 4.03.13_G = 1.1.3? what is OTB? I have seen people wrote 1.1.3 OTB

    4.03.13_G is the modem firmware (baseband or BB) that comes with 1.1.3. OTB means out of the box.
    I suggest you start reading....ah, and by the way there is a search funtion.

    And yes you can make your new shiny phone work. Again, just start reading...
