I was able to reach the Activation screen after UNLOCK and 1.1.1 upgrade

Hi,

I upgraded my phone to 1.1.1 2 days ago, came down to 1.0.2 with the new baseband which made my phone say "Incorrect SIM". Today when i tried restoring 1.0.2 again using Kmac's idea, and tried to activate it using Independence, while it tried to jailbreak it and switch between restore and normal modes, I saw itunes recognising my SIM card and telling me to activate it with AT&T. I was almost about to finish when Independence activated my iphone and I couldnt complete it.

Is this significant?

which method did u use 2 unlock? And after activation, r u still getting the incorrect sim error?
