My phone is stucked in the DUF mode and I am not able to run these commands in iphuc. It gives software error, and shots down iphuc.

    Any help?
using windows i take it? download the and run the latest ibrickr (ibrickr.com) it will detect the phone is stuck in DFU, and there will be an option that will re-boot the phone. just click it, the screen on the iphone goes red and in a minute, it will be in the regular mode

and, what is OTB stand for? Sorry for my lack of knowledge....
caller id problems with international phone numbers i believe... nothing to worry about if you're using it in north america, as i havent had any problems...

OTB or OOTB stands for out of the box, meaning the software (or bootloader) that was installed from the factory

looks like anySIM 1.2.1u simply decided to wipe out my modem.
So I'm left with no wifi, no bluetooth and the modem firmware is simply not even displayed.
    GREAT!

try restoring to 1.1.1 one more time. For some reason, that worked when I had the same problem.

    if you have iBrickr 0.91:
    • Open iBrickr
    • Connect the iPhone to your PC
    • start iBrickr and click "Boot the phone"
    • If all goes well your screen turns red, this is ok , just wait for the activationscreen!

    Worked great!!!!
    For those of you wondering.

I was on 1.1.1 Jailbroken and with anysim.

I did nothing I started right with the directions. I had to connect to a pc to get ibrikr to get it out of dfu mode. Independence is buggy. You can also alter step 5 and add rep.frenchiphone.com to the install sources and install anysim 1.2u from there. Thanks for the tutorial. I also had to add the proxy.pac and preference.plist files back for all of the us Tmobile people out there.

    thanks
