If you already updated to 1.1.2 and downgraded to 1.1.1, this will not work because your baseband is 4.02.xx and not 4.01.xx
Thanks Sassha
EDIT: Sassha, on step 5. you can add rep.frenchiphone.com to your installer source and then Install anySIM 1.2.1u from the installer. I also think you need BSD as well.
if you have 1.1.1 and have baseband 4.02xxx, you can downgrade your baseband to 3.0xxx using iDemocracy (on Windows) and then restore to 1.1.1 using iTunes. After this you will be back on 1.1.1 and baseband 4.01xxx and you can follow this thread to upgrade/unlock 1.1.2.

so i need to command-restore with 1.1.1 firmware?
All my variants with itunes does not help - jailbreak can not connect either with or without itunes and without ituneshelper.

Bummer...!
I THINK u need to get back to 1.1.1/04.02.13_G (NOT tested) then repeat instructions.
1. Download 1.1.1 FW - http://appldnld.apple.com.edgesuite....a_Restore.ipsw
2. Plug in your iPhone ,run iTunes ,hold home and power buttons for 10 seconds, then release the power button, keep holding HOME button.
3. iTunes will recognise it in restore mode. You will see a restore button. Hold shift and click restore. Navigate to your 1.1.1 firmware file.
4. Let it restore and eventually you will get a "Unknown error occurred" (1015). Now you have a 1.1.1 iPhone with the 1.1.2 modem firmware. Its OK. Close iTunes.
5. Run iBrickr, click "Boot the phone"
6. Now u're on Activation screen.
# On the activation screen, slide to emergency and dial: *#301# to make the phone call itself. (If the incoming call dialog quickly disappears but it keeps ringing, just dial 0 (remove *#301# first), and it will call itself)
# Answer the call, and tap on Hold
# Phone will call it self again, tap Decline. You will now be returned to the normal dialer.
# Tap on contacts, and tap the + icon to add a new. The only info you are going to add to this contact are two URL's. To add a URL, tap Add new URL. The first URL is prefs followed by a colon: prefs: and the second is jailbreakme.com. Tap Save.
# Your contact now has two "web pages" - tap on the first one (prefs
. This will take you to the settings dialog. The reason you want this, is because you need to connect to a Wi-Fi network, so tap on Wi-Fi, and get connected to a network, and make sure the icon on top of the screen is indicating that you are connected. While you are in the settings dialog, you should also set: General → Auto-Lock → Never.
# Now, press the home button, and again, slide to emergency dial 0, Answer the call, Hold and Decline the new call so that you get to the contacts. Tap on your contact (No Name), and this time tap on the other home page, jailbreakme.com
# Safari will launch and show you a webpage. Read through the text, before you Install AppSnapp
# Phone will return to activation screen, but don't panic, just wait.
# Phone should automaticly restart after almost a minute.
# When the phone starts again, it should no longer say Slide to emergency, but rather Slide to unlock It means it was successfull! Activation is now bypassed, and phone prepared for software installation!
7. Now run Installer, Install BSD Subsystem, then Oktoprep....proceed with instructions on 1. post.

Under General my settings are confirmed as :-

However when i go to 'ok to prep ' i get the following error :-
