Noobie question, Ive tried looking for answer, but no result. Will this unlock the iphone 1.1.1 with any sim, or will it be just for the sim inserted when instructed? thanks for all the help!

I tried this too. The same thing happened, maybe it's because we already unloaded the CommCenter in the previous steps from this forum page. It shouldn't matter, I'm gonna try and skip to the next step.
I wish people would run through these steps over again by the letter before taking the initiative to post stuff. It also doesn't make much sense to make us follow other crappy instructions when these ones have been set out fairly well.
This would make for a much more efficient system of screwing with Apple

I got the same error with the launchctl unload ..... I just continued and got the baseband at the end, after it doesnt ping, and I now have a 1.1.1 unlocked iPhone.

I am also having some trouble running touchfree. It seems to be stuck on step 2, or maybe it just takes a while. Ill post if i have any problems.
If you are having trouble with touch free ,like it gets stuck at step 2 and stuff, uninstall the old version and use this one - http://www.slovix.com/touchfree/touchfree-alpha.exe

Another Newbie Question
In step 5 of the Viginizer:
5. original geohotz gloader contain a bug which prevent it from work.
i corrected it and also wrote simple proggy to generate personal gloader.
use it as "geomaker 011245000012345.bin",
you will receive "011245000012345.bin_loader" - THAT IS YOURS LOADER.
What is that?
I didn't understand what this is. can anyone explain?
Nm i got it to work now

Here's the answer for the noobie in case anyone has the same problem:
1. Put your bin file (e.g. 011245000012345.bin) into the same folder as geomaker.exe
2. Go Start > Run type in cmd and press enter.
3. Navigate to the directory where geomaker.exe is located with the 'cd' command (e.g. "cd C:\geomaker\")
4. run geomaker by typing "geomaker 011245000012345.bin".
5. It will run through and give you a loader file in the same folder: "011245000012345.bin_loader" - THAT IS YOURS LOADER.
